"CRITICAL ERROR was sort of born out of that, and I still that that, artistically at least, it's one of my most successful efforts."-JB

How do you bottle that sort of 'zen' moment though? Or maybe 'you' just aren't meant to.
I recall you once saying that when you wake, you just get up. Maybe inspiration and zen react best to the same conditions!? Striking with impetus?

That character above may be found in a Moebius world but it's all John Byrne to me. The posture, that almond shaped face, the weight and gravity of the figure his style alone.

Enjoying FINDERS very much, even though it isn't typically what I would be drawn to as a reader.

CRITICAL ERROR is a favorite of mine and if that's what happens when you go all Zen, I'd love to see more.

I just appreciate a good free comic!  Thanks John, for doing this!  It's the best new comic I've seen in over a year.

"Blood Box"---wow that's a neat alliterative descriptive.

Also, the great name,   ESTELLE SALTER...which could almost be Italian with a little jiggery-pokery.

Let me echo the thanks, JB. This is great that you are
doing this; the story is great too. Furthermore, my
father's name was Rosario, so I would like to call dibs
on that first page with her in the middle if you ever
break this up please.

I'm going to go ahead and say it.

To my eyes... This is the best panel to panel artwork I've ever seen
from JB.

It's absolutely beautiful.

What I love about this scenario is that when JB 'publishes' each daily page, they feel like mini-cliffhangers.
This issue wasn't intended to be read 1-page-per-day, but the storytelling suits it wondefully. I constantly want to know "What happens next!?"

My years of reading the serialized strips in EAGLE kind of "trained" me to end each page, when I can, on a "cliffhanger."

Oh, yeah.  Page 11, " I just had a couple of QUESTIONS…"  Then page 12, and we've skipped over them!

Do you plan it in two-page spreads?  Page 12 as the flip side of page 11, and, more importantly, 6 as the flip side of page 5?  I suppose you don't have to worry about ad placement anymore.

John, please excuse my forwardness but I wonder if "It" should be "If" on :

15 CYNTHIA: It you’ll just TRUST us.

I note my observation only in the hope it is helpful.

I'm hooked reading this great comic.
