This commission confirms to me that Dr. Strange has one of the best costumes in comics.  It really "works" for the character, and JB does such a great job with it.

Very nice, the cape is great! Face is brilliant.
Notice you don't add the black spots on the gloves with Doctor Strange, any reason or just artistic choice?

Nicely done, JB. The good doctor has never looked...gooder?

There'd be so few of them visible from this angle, I thought they'd just look
odd.

I like him very much - his pose looks so natural, exactly what you'd expect from the Sorcerer Supreme.

Every time JB draws Doctor Strange, I think about how much I would enjoy him handling the Defenders, with the Incredible Hulk, Namor, and the Silver Surfer.  I really think JB could make these four Fantastic!

Wow, another visual treat. I think it's neat how the cape doesn't have a flag blowing in the breeze look, but instead looks like it has some weight.

Thing about that -- not sure why, particularly, but from the first time I saw the character I have thought of Strange's cape/cloak as being thick and heavy.

I always felt the same way about there being more weight to Strange's cloak/cape.

I've felt the same way about it.  The artist I've enjoyed the most on Doctor Strange, Marshall Rogers, Steve Ditko, seem to have this cloak with some weight.
There are guys that draw great capes and those that don't.  JB is a master of the great cape!
