I wonder where he's getting these numbers from? Is the plumbing in the White House that bad?

(Sudden memories of LBJ holding staff meetings while on the john!)

First, the moron is probably mixing up what he was told. Who the hell is "flushing 10-15 times instead of once" as he says? He was probably told that the average person flushes five times a day, which seems to be the correct figure, and that hardly seems excessive.

Next, it takes the average toilet cistern 2-3 minutes to refill, so even if someone were stupid enough to flush let's say five times in one go, it means they'd be standing in the bathroom for about 15 minutes just flushing the toilet...

It's called bullsh*ting, and he's a pro at it. He's basically making up utter nonsense as a diversion to anyone daring to suggest that big polluters and corporate water wasters do anything at all to curb their usage.

An advantage to living alone in a house formerly occupied by a family of five is that my water consumption footprint is only a fraction of what theirs was. Mind you, I’m on well water, so I’m drawing right from the Source.

Wait - Mr. Byre, you're taking something Drumpf said SERIOUSLY? Are you all right, sir?

How many times do I fush? Enough to clean things out. Once, twice... it depends how productive I am.

Flushing 10 - 15 times? What, does EVERYONE in the White House use just one commode, and they only flush at one time per day? Who gets that responsibility in the government?

Oh yeah... Don Jr.

Trump’s trying to fit his entire presidency in the toilet.

Flushing 10-15 times may not be enough actually!!

As someone who worked in the water industry for 15 years, I feel very qualified to comment on this.

He’s an effing idiot.
The stats above are correct. If you were to flush 10/15 times you would be @ the toilet for an hour.
Now, he may, & I stress the word may, be talking about automatic urinals which I often came across as flushing way too much (I once saw one that used 2 m3 per hour, which is horrendous) but I highly doubt that.

There is a known issue with low capacity toilets causing an overall increase in water usage due to double flushing but that’s a far cry from 10/15 flushes.
I wonder, is this an empirical example that shows us how his minds works in exaggeration that we can use in all things he says?

When I moved into this house it was equipped with low capacity toilets I often had to flush more than once. Conservation? Again, odd in a house on well water.

Over my first year here each one (there are five) broke down, giving me the excuse to replace them with decent, manly flushers.

I think about that, too — my wife and I live in a house that has 4 bedrooms... there’s 2 of us In this joint. Whatever we do, it’s below the anticipation.
