Not gonna lie, I choked up.  Last manned moon mission, I was just a baby.  And my dad kept a young man's scrapbook through the 50s and 60s space race.  Wish he still around to see this one.

Fantastic launch. I got a little emotional, too.

I think I will again tomorrow, when (assuming all goes well) I hear Capcom say go for TLI...

I wish I could summon even half the enthusiasm I felt in 1969, but all I can think about is four people risking their lives to do what we did half a century ago.

Since the news reports switched to simulations once the craft reached a point where there were no outside cameras, there are already idiots crying FAKE!

Is this still a question?  Stanley Kubrick admitted to staging it.  His film version of The Shining is one long confession...if you know what to look for.

And consider this, if Neil Armstrong was really the first person to step onto the moon (as "depicted" in that famous footage), who was holding the camcorder?  Huh?  Think about it.
