"“Invisible”?

Who scripted that page?"

**

A stretch, perhaps, but "invisible" while housed?

Very saddened by this news.

Loved his work. My first exposure to him was a Captain America issue way back in the day.

My condolences to family and friends.

Eric Jansen: (Regarding the TwoMorrow's book, "Sal Buscema: Comics' Fast & Furious") "...I read this about a year ago, and it was great to hear about Sal's life and career in his own words.  It also contained a lot of great artwork, including some wonderful paintings he did.  (Who knew that Sal Buscema painted?!)..."

I actually sold that book on eBay just a week ago. It's a cool one!

Sad to learn of Sal Buscema's passing, and just before his birthday, too. May he rest in peace.

I was guessing the word was meant to be "invincible"?

Yeah Peter mentioned that too, and while it makes more
sense than "invisible", it's still weird usage. I don't
tend to think of inanimate objects as "invincible".

It was Mantlo, early in his ALPHA FLIGHT run. One of the few scenes that I liked in his entire run (well, I completely quit after over a year in), and it was more because of how Buscema handled it.

The first comic I bought as a kid was Hulk 178. My Hulk was Herb Trimpe’s. When Mr. Buscema took over it took many months (years?) for me to accept Sal’s Hulk. The longer I read his Hulk the more he became my Hulk artist. RIP
