I've had problems, too. That's why on the Disney covers thread I started, I had to link to the website featuring all the covers, instead of posting the JB inspired cover by itself in that thread.

Yes, it appears other members have mentioned it as well. I had a similar issue posting an image last week, and I had reduced the image to a size that usually works.

Noticed this last week,... seems even when I reduced the image to a manageable size I'm getting a error.

I would get this error from time to time, but I found that converting my image to JPEG or some other form of image processing tended to resolve the issue, but no longer.
IIS logs should point to the root cause. Maybe a case of back end storage or database filling up?
