This one at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia. LINK

Reportedly, at least 4 individuals have lost their lives, with approximately 30 others sustaining injuries. 14-year-old suspect is in custody.

DAMN... heartbreaking way to start the school year.

And of course absolutely nothing whatsoever will be done about it, because gun nuts wanting to own whatever the hell they want is more important that human lives.

They did say the suspect is going to be charged as an adult. But when a 14 year old gets hold of guns and does something like this, I think their parents/guardians should be charged with a crime as well.

The father of  shooter Colt Gray has just been arrested in connection with the shooting at Apalachee High School. Per GBI, Colin Gray has been charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children.

Republicans aren’t even trying to pretend to care anymore. JD Vance is
saying school shootings are just a fact of life and to just deal with it.

Not quite. He “lamented” that school shootings are a “fact of life” and called for greater security.

And damn you for making me defend that asshole.

Called for greater security? Like the former President had in PA?

Way I see it, school shootings are not a 'fact of life"... they are a fact of failed policies by failed politicians.

They can ban books, cell phones and abortion but not assault rifles.

Ridiculous bullshit.

I'm guessing planned parenthood or Simon & Schuster doesn't donate nearly as much money as the NRA does to the R's.
