I've just read that Mark D Bright, artist on such
titles as Iron Man, Green Lantern and Icon passed
away a few days ago at age 69.

A talent whose work I enjoyed a great deal, he had a
dynamic style and, in my opinion, a strong
storytelling sense.

Condolences to his family and those who knew him
personally.

Very sad news. Loved his work. 69 is way too young ...

He was a favourite. The very first Marvel import I ever read was Iron Man #204, and Iron Man #200 remains one of my all-time favourite Iron Man issues. Armour Wars was another story he drew that looms large in the memory.

Sad news.
