I thought Maggie Q was perfect, the first time I saw her.

That outfit sold me, and, yes, RM, today, she would IMO, just to stick it in
Dad’s craw a little.

I don't see why. The 80s were not SO different than today in that regard. If Elizabeth wanted to be 'rebellious' back then she would have punked out her hair or something - but she didn't.

*People forget that the X-Men's Psylocke is actually a Blonde, but she was a British model in the 80s and dyed her hair purple out of rebellion that was in vogue at the time. Thing is, it sorta stuck even though the original reason for the change is no longer there.

I do appreciate the geometric qualities of her dress. Throw some red in there and we have something AF-esque.

One of the small shocks of my life was seeing a French Alpha Flight reprint with a painted cover. Seeing Elizabeth fully rendered emphasized just how much bare skin her costume revealed!

I get what you’re saying, Vinny, but, I got to tell you at least 75% of the
people I work with, and see at the gym on a daily basis have multiple
tattoos. The gauges. Etc. I myself don’t have any, but, I don’t think it would
be too out of the ordinary for, a young female of Native American descent to
have some cool artwork and style.
it’s totally not my thing with the girls, either. I like me a natural woman
without any enhancements at all, except for maybe a pair of horn rimmed
glasses.
