As a fellow CT resident, it seems like the CT legislature is imitating the Federal Legislative Body - probably about 95% of the proposed legislation out there is functionally useless.

I wonder who the CT lawmakers think they’re courting with this? I know there are people who self-identify as witches, but they’re not exactly a voting block to be reckoned with.

So government IS capable of taking responsibility for past deeds and apologizing to the descendants of those who were wronged.
