Happy to see that your fine.
And yep, there was something of Odin, in that photo.
I understand the eye is now back online, and better than it has been in a very long time. Wonderful news.
As said before, take the time you need, we're chanceful to have you.

Wishing you a continued smooth healing process, JB! My dad had his cataracts done and the process was uneven from eye to eye. Both eyes turned out great, but the first eye well exceeded the recovery time that the doctor suggested it would be. My dad was thinking it was a botched job when it was over a month late and his eye was still funky, but several weeks past their suggested end mark, the eye finished healing. His second eye healed much faster. He is very happy with the results now.

My dad who is about 2 weeks ahead of you in the process has had to have constant eye drops but that may be due to another condition. Have you had to do that JB?

Just shave your beard.

Or is it fake and your whip it off when you leap into action?

No glasses, no beard, who could recognize you?

Shave my beard? With a chin that makes Mitch McConnell look like Dick Tracy?

Glad to hear this has gone well. Pretty amazing that it seems you won't need glasses when all is done and dusted. We have the technology...
