Just what does he have to do before someone says enough is enough &
arrests the git? He should be arrested & charged with any number of
offences. Just get on with it

Charles,

That and Josh Hawley running like a coward, it is great news.

Sad thing is, the ignorant voters in Missouri will still support Hawley.

Doubtless Bannon will file appeal after appeal, in order to stall until Donald
Trump is president again and will give him a pardon.

I’m surprised Trump hasn’t already issued him one.

The 1/6 Committee has done an effective job balancing consensus-building advocacy with just the right amount of sadistic knife-twisting.

Trump probably took home stacks of letterhead and forms to spuriously use for his presidency-in-exile, compensating Mar Lago caddies with general pardons for uncommitted federal crimes instead of cash tips.

Bannon and his lawyers entered no defense case in the trial and yet they want an appeal? What the hell for when you didn't do a thing to participate the first time?

These people need to get slapped down quick and hard with every delay and ridiculous show of there being any supposed 'smoke' of victimhood for the base. Sadly it has really worked for most of them for decades. :^(

When someone appeals a ruling - civil OR criminal - after they presented a weak defense or none, the result should be automatic maximum judgement/sentence for wasting the appeals court's time.
