Great page! Almost makes up for this crappy weather we are having (supposed to get six inches).

Not exactly the kind of "close encounter" Scott was expecting, I imagine. :)

I appreciate the change as well, and look forward to seeing what JB settles on for the "final" look.
Oh, and I'm also thankful to Storm for the snow!

Beautiful page.
The highlights on the dark areas of Cyclops's uniform, and the contrast between the dark and the metallic components of Phoenix's costume...gorgeous.

Wow -that one is suitable for framing. Phoenix looks absolutely stunning. We could say Scott is a lucky man but I suspect not in this case...

I can't believe this is already issue 30 ! How much has Marvel lost on this ???••• Not one red cent! I realize you’re probably speaking metaphorically here, but there is an important distinction that seems to elude too many people. Not making as much as one might have is not the same as losing money. For Marvel to have “lost” on this, they would have to end up with less than they started with.

I also love how she is floating to make up the height difference, and Scott's hand on her arm indicating his reluctance (to me at least)...
