Love the highlights in the cap, cowl, boots and gloves.
Since you have said not to use erasers or whiteout of any kind.
Thanks for sharing.

Considering your frequency in posting this page, is it safe to assume that this is your favorite Batman issue that Neal did?

***

Not so much my favorite issue -- tho it is TwoFace, my favorite Batman villain -- as one of my two favorite Batman pages (by Neal -- pretty close to by anybody!).

As to the inks -- Dick has a certain "mechanical" edge to his line, not quite as "organic" as Neal's own inks. I could, of course, be wrong, but the inks on this issue look like Dick to me.

After a comment like that you've got to post your other favorite Batman page!

Unfortunately, altho I have posted the page (page
and a half, really) before, I can't find it on my hard
drive, so I must have dumped it in some moment of
dubious reasoning.

It's the Bigger Melvin sequence from "The Joker's
Five Way Revenge", which I want to say was BATMAN
251, but given how I am with the numbers…

Great looking as usual. Really wish you were doing a monthly Batman series.

It's hard to believe now, but Denny and Neal had to fight tooth and claw to get to use the Joker. The Powers that Were at DC believed the character so thoroughly destroyed by the "Batman" TV series that he was irredeemable!! There was an official injunction that the character was "never" to be used again!

Adams and O'Neil so thoroughly proved this wrong, that not long after 251 was published, the Joker had his own series!

Awesome looking Batman -- thanks for sharing.

I'm struck by how great the hands look. If I could draw hands as well as you
do, JB ...I'd be able to draw hands.
