You can follow the link above for a much more detailed version thats enlargeable via a couple of clicks on it to really see everything.
Here’s a piece I wrapped up a few months back now of some of my favorite classic Japanese Anime/Tokusatsu/Kaiju characters from more than 70 years of genre defining pop culture films, television and manga!
Enjoy…and Happy New Year….can hardly wait for Elsewhen!

That is crazy good (not pretending I recognise half of it!). Nice to see Zoltar though! That's a blast from my past.

And Macross is something I only know about in an oblique way, but the designs have long resonated with me -- good to see the Gerwalk Valkyrie there.

No way I can top Dusty's epic picture but... here is something. I have been experimenting in my tiny sketchbook with tighter drawings and some simple color. The technique is a variation of the one used by C.F. Payne with his sketchbook pieces.

My whites are mostly a Prismacolor pencil and a gel pen for the hot spots of pure white.

The combo of JB's pencils and your inks are quite stunning.

Thanks Peter.
In this instance though, these are my pencils!
Shocking I know.
