I was totally blown away when I saw this page at the NYCC 2010 show and even moreso when I was able to purchase it! As is the norm for Garcia-Lopez, the page is dynamic and packs in a tons of movement, action and suspense on top of his ability to utilize the space on the page perfectly! I'm a lucky guy and Garcia-Lopez is DC Comics in my mind.

Is it allowed to disclose how much these guys are charging for sketches?  I'm really curious about Garcia Lopez's prices.

Here are a few pieces that I picked up at the NYCC...

Iron Man by Yildiray Cinar (my favorite piece of the show)

Black Widow by Richard Cox

Iron Man by Bob Layton

Black Cat by Mahmud Asrar

I dig Mike McKone the man as well as the artist. He's a good guy and as engaging to talk with as his artwork is engaging to look at. This page features some creative layouts and Mike's skills accentuated by the talented Andy Lanning.

Stephane Roux has blown me away with his work since I first became aware of him. I've been fortunate in having a few opportunities to talk with him at conventions as well as see him work. His eye for detail, focus and the care in which he adds each line is incredible to watch. This piece is a treasured addition to my collection.

Chris Giarrusso's work always makes me smile and awakens the kid in me. I have wanted to get him to do a full commission, though have been unssuccessful thus far. I saw him at the NYCC 2010 show and was lucky to find this piece. Luckier still in that he was willing to color it for me during the convention. This piece is definitely going up on the wall in my office.

Fred, that McKone piece is fantastic.  I'm lucky to own a piece from his run on Amazing Spider-Man but yours tops it!  Wow...

The Giarrusso piece is cute as heck! I had one done at the last NYCC for my four-year old son, of Spider-Man fighting the Green Goblin.  I now wish I had it colored!

Stephane Roux's art is gorgeous.  Did he not do some covers for Marvel?  His name rings a bell...

We don't post pricing on the board itself.
