Love the Sgt. Rock by Russ Heath.

Bill, that is one nice sketch card. Just wondering what size is it?

This is a sketch card Fred Hembeck did for me. It's on it's way to my home accompanied by a bigger commission(also of Galactus) in the format of a Dateline:@!!?.

I love color guides and just got a nice bunch of them by the great Glynis Wein on one of my favorite books.

Here's one I particularly like:

Nice!  I have never seen this before up close.  Isn't this from JB's first issue of the series?

Wilson, the color guide is from #237.  Close to JB's first issue, but not quite.

I didn't even know color guides were available. Very cool indeed.

Derek, that surprises me. They're all over ebay. This is the first time that I've become aware of someone collecting them though.

Thanks Fred. I'm going to have to get me one then.  Probably when on ebay and I see a color image when scrolling through the art and move passed it.  Even though I may be looking for art (Original Comic Art, Drawing, Sketches) people still stick 'prints' in this section so if I see color I assume it is a print.

Add to wish list

Thanks, Wilson. Color guides can be fun if, like me, you can get excited
about the entire production of your favorite comics. I bought and framed an
old X-Men color guide and was shocked by how much I liked it. They add
color to my wall of original pages.

And Glyn Wein's coloring on John Byrne's FF? I really like her work so I'm
really pleased.
