Not really. My sculpting phase was fun, and I learned a few things. But
when I post a picture of the HeroClix Fin I have ordered standing next to my
own rendition, you will see what utter crap mine is.

At 00:27, the Hasbro rep is demoing the remote control wall-crawling
Spider-Man, which actually sticks to the wall and climbs up. I would have
killed for that when I was a kid.

Mattel is doing a DC line at the 3.75" scale (like Star Wars and G.I. Joe).
They'll be putting out "army builder" characters like GCPD cops and
Thanagar policemen. You'll be able to display your figures like a George
Perez cover.

Supergirl and Wonder Girl need to be redone. Those proportions are
gross.

They all look pretty wretched. And, of course, so many blue wildcats out
there in the woods. . . .

I always get a little bothered by busts that have characters growing out of something like a chimney or crate, but I kind of dig this one.

Wanted to add info:

Women of the DC Universe: Series 2: HUNTRESS BUST
Designed by Terry Dodson • Sculpted by James Shoop

The popular WOMEN OF THE DC UNIVERSE line of cold-cast porcelain busts continues with the Huntress! As a Bird of Prey and uneasy ally of Batman, the Huntress is a nocturnal mistress of vengeance. Perched atop a GOTHAM CITY shipyard crate, her crossbow drawn, this crimefighter is prepared for whatever trouble lurks in the shadows of night.

Collect all the DCU: Series 2 busts designed by Terry Dodson in 2008! Huntress joins Wonder Woman, Starfire, Cheetah, Batwoman, Wonder Girl, Catwoman and more!

This Huntress Bust measures approximately 5.75” tall x 2.5” wide x 4” deep and is packaged in a 4-color box.

Advance solicited; on sale October 1, 2008
* Bust * $55 US

••

Much as I admire Dodson's work, his designs for this series have thusfar
lacked the whimsey of Adam Hughes, and nudges these sculpts not so
subtly into a less desirable category.
