I like the Linda Carter looking figure on the back left. Any chance of posting a close up of that one?
Is it a Sideshow Collectible ?

JB,
That is a great Wonder Woman collection. Thank you very much for posting it. I would love to see additions to it as it grows.
Someone mentioned the animated figure looking most like your version of Wonder Woman... actually, your version of the Wonder Woman costume was used quite a few times in the creation of figurines/statuettes, but they were almost always on licensed-out products (e.g., fast-food premiums, Kraft Macaroni and Cheese statuette/toy, etc.). I guess your interpretation/design of Wonder Woman was the official DC house style during that period and used in everything EXCEPT in-house DC Direct figures. Sort of weird, if you ask me. I am attaching the only pic I can find of the Kraft Mac & Cheese toy (I loved it!) --- she was also featured on 1/3 of the box covers (the other 2/3 being Superman and Batman).
I think it also worth noting that, as I see it, JB's interpretation of Wonder Woman's costume influenced every subsequent version (especially the placement of the double-W emblem) --- including Hughes's and Dodson's version. The Dodson version being the one JB just purchased.

Seeing JB's Manhunter statue makes me wish DC Direct would get their collective act together and do a Manhunter line. I can easily come up with four different figures that could be represented:
Simon/Kirby Paul Kirk with removeable mask
Quality Comics Manhunter
Goodwin/Simonson Paul Kirk Manhunter
The current female Manhunter.
Of course, they could also go with the Mark Shaw Privateer or his later hooded Manhunter incarnation,or the wierdo Zero Hour-spawned version, but nobody really liked him.

So, I missed, in my burgeoning collection of Women of the DC Universe, the first round of statuettes...? Busts...? Let me go with statuettes...of Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Hawkgirl and Poison Ivy. Because at the time, I told myself, I didn't need to start collecting anything else.. so OF COURSE, they're now all available on eBay, sure.
At BIG ass prices.
Just my luck.
I've totally passed Supergirl by...did nothing for me.
BUT, I got all the rest...

I discovered this myself, when I was about 14, and I made a model out of
clay of the original Iron Man armor, and painted it dutifully with gold
paint (just as had Tony Stark in the issue I had just picked up). Didn't
look right, but I was too anal even then to even think about painting it
yellow.

"Color blind" very rarely means a complete inability to see color. It
usually means, as in my case, a loss or confusion of color in a narrow
range -- seeing green as brown, for instance. Which is what I do. (And
not all greens.)

Well, I figured even the standard "red-green" color "blindness" would throw things off, but I guess not for viewing the coppery gold of Iron Man's armor.
