For a pen sketch that's awfully good Anthony. I do feel that the transition from light to dark on the tail doesn't work though...can't say "why" beyond that it appears to happen "suddenly" from the grey tone to the black...maybe a further "darker" grey area fist!? Also the camera "right" hand is lost amongst the ribs...a drop shadow or beefing up the contours of the hand would have taken care of that...but then what am I saying, it's a sketch! More...more

Thanks for the compliment and the critique Darren. I agree with you about both points you made. With the tail i went futher down with  the solid black then i intended to .My son was taunting me ito playing video games with him. With the hand i didn't plan it out well enough . But overall  I thought it all was cool.

FINALLY have an unquestionably GREAT name:
"Bringing Up Daddy"

Wish I'd have thought of it --- but it's all my buddy
Carlin Trammel's. It's times like these I remember
why I initially paired up with him to be my writer. He's
BRILLIANT.

I even love the acronym: BUD.

BTW: If I could write/draw just one comic forever it
would be the FF. With that cast of characters, how
could you ever get bored???

Just finished this Grimjack piece for the WPD weekly Jam. This is the
second week in a row that the entry just kept on growing on me. ;)
Started out just trying to give it a Tim Truman (the creator of the
character) feel, and his stuff is quite detailed. Than it just kept on
growing. LOL
