Vlad, how did you ink the mountains in the background? It's almost a different contrast to the rest of the inks.

Hey All - Question here.
Anyone know what has happened to Brian Bolland's website? It's been down
for several month and I'm desperate to get his tutorials for Photoshop.
If anyone knows what happened, or by chance downloaded the tutorials, please
let me know.

Even better, what's happened to Brian Bolland himself?
Covers are great, but those of us that purchase the books to look at and read would really appreciate him producing some interiors on occasion.

Brian, I'm not sure I'm following your question. The BG was inked the
same way as the figures, digitally. The contrast is different because JB
indicated a heavier light and shadow difference in the pencils.
Hope that answers the question.
