I just finished this one a couple days ago and I had never heardof her before, she was really fun to do. Her skates actually roll.
Awesome, and you never heard of Dazzler!? You're gonna make Jim Shooter cry.

That Dazzler Pony is the most incredible pony I have seen yet, and we have seen some amazing ponies! Glad you are sharing these again Jodi! They always make me smile. Nice job on all of them as usual.

Ok, I'm going to sound like an idiot...but, first I want to say to the customizers that you guys are doing fantastic work.
It's actually inspired me to customize my own, to make one of an original character. I have the Sculpy, the paints, the exacto, (no dremel yet), the figure to be butchered and the clear coat.
What I don't have is answers to a couple of questions.
One.) How do you get the Sculpy to STAY on the figure? Two.) Can you bake the figure without melting it?
This could go horribly wrong for a noob, and I'd hate to come out with something looking like my cat threw up.
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill
When you add sculpy you basically blend it onto the figure or if say you are making horns I cook them separately and glue them on with E6000 glue. Or some people use epoxy glue.
You can bake the figure without melting at 275 for 15 mins. You can cook a little longer, I have wrapped cold wet paper towels over areas I don't want to melt, like tiny fingers. If you are doing something thick take some foil and make a small core to place in sculpt to help cook on the inside.
Some people build up areas in layers, by putting thin coat on, then cooking, cool figure then adding another thin layer, cook again, let figure cool and repeat this step until you have the desired thickness.
Good luck on your custom, if you need anymore tips let me know.
Joe Hollon, Plastic Man????? man I would have to do some serious problem solving on that one. Flash would be pretty cool. Joe Zhang your comment cracked me up
Thanks everyone on the kind words, I am glad you guys are enjoying them.
