Thanks alot Tomas I've always loved the character alot. I've always saw him as being more then just Marvel's attempt at Batman . If i were ever given the chance to work on him I would have such fun with him and take him into a direction that has never really be taken with him before.

Did this for a weekly Jam over White Paper Demon. forum I based this
piece on the Miller/Rubinstein mini series that came out in the early
Eighties. Always really liked what Joe Rubinstein did over Miller's pencils. I
tried to capture the flavor as closely as I could down to creating a digital
duo-shade board for the Mariko's figure.

Enjoy,
Vlad

Did this for the "This Week" forum where artists are invited to draw, sketch whatever they feel like for a weekly "jam"...just a bit of fun. A new character is selected every week and this week was Wolvy's turn.

Darren, if you wanted to. I could draw a pic, and I would love to see your inks on it.  If that's cool with you?  If so just let me know what character you want me to do.

Thanks you Anthony. [Funny thing: (That means you laugh!)] I spent the better part of fifteen years learning to use a brush. I noticed that a hee-uge gulf had opened up between my sketched pieces of art and my "grown-up" fully finished pieces. Obviously there is going to be a difference otherwise they'd both be fully finished pieces, right!? Well I decided to take a little -more- care in finishing these sketches and switched back to using Fibre-Pens on the sketches. That was about a year ago. Now, it is beginning to appear that people prefer the sketched finishes over the brush ones! The irony...

;-)
