Ditto. Superman has a rogues gallery virtually choking with superpowered muscle. Lex doesn't need to become just another foe with physical strength, albeit one mechanically altered by a suit of armor.

absolutely. lex luthor is not dr. doom or iron man-- putting him in armor (to me) makes him a poor man's substitute for doom rather than focusing on what makes him cool in his own right.

Lex should use the armor, once or twice. When it doesn't work, he
tries something else. The armor should be a tool, but not his
trademark.
