70) " Flush" by Carl Hiaasen, read by Michael Welch

A man with anger management issues sinks a two-bit casino boat because he suspects it flushes its septic system into swimming water (but can't prove it), is sent to jail, and his son and daughter try to prove he's right.

I knew I was going to spend a lot of time driving around with my teen-aged son this week, and I really enjoyed the last Hiaasen book written for teens I heard (see #64) and thought my son would enjoy it. He did! Hopefully enough that he picks up a few of the other Hiassen books for teens.

Thanks, Brian. I've been wanting to pick this books up to read and this is too good a deal to miss out on for my Kindle.

The Last Season - Phil Jackson

About the 2003-2004 LA Lakers.  I was living in LA at that time and while I like and respect Phil Jackson, it reminds me how much I despised all the drama of that year between Shaq and Kobe, etc.  Total soap opera.  Yuck.

EDIT: fixing one typo created another

You're welcome Brad.  I have well worn paperbacks so I had no need, but I'm glad someone else could take advantage.

Ryan -

Doing just fine! Eight months into my Year of 100 books (started May 1) I should be averaging about 8 books a month and I've been averaging 9.
