 | •• A bit on the G-Rated side, tho, wouldn't you say? They have translated her diaphanous body stocking, covered with netting, into a thicker material with scribed lines. NOT what Starlin was drawing, lo these many years ago!

This was one of the very very few times I wanted the updated costume for a character.

My M.O.D.O.K. arrived today. Wow. Nice figurine, can't wait to get it out of the box and set up.  I have a couple of other Marvel's, but for the life of me can't remember them after viewing M.O.D.O.K.

Don't care much for Gamora, but Northstar and Aurora will be mine.

Picked up M.O.D.O.K. and Hydro Man over the weekend.  M.O.D.O.K. because he just looked so friggin' cool.  Great sculpt!  Hydro Man because I specifically buy any villain or character that has it's origins with Spider-Man and give them all their own shelf. The Hydro Man sculpt is pretty fun in it's own right even though the character isn't the greatest villain created to fight Spider-Man by any stretch.

Hydro Man does look cool. I don't really have any connection to him as a villain, but he's really cool looking. Some of these sculpts look so good, and others not so. The good sculptors need to quality control the not so good designs. Just saying.

 | Blog update! Painted Werewolf by Night.  Looks good, but the professional jobs usually do.

 | Painted Shaman.  I'm bored.  Even with the pose in motion, there's no life to him at all.  He looks like a mannequin.
