Just got back from a very nice week-and-a-half holiday with my in-laws - they live on a 40 foot yacht in Whangarei, which is in the north island of New Zealand. Great week, beautiful weather, plenty of fishing. They asked me for a drawing for their cabin bulkhead, so I did them an old RAN mariners blessing from our favourite thundergod... excuse the crappy repro, it's from my digital camera, not a scan.

Mal Gardiner: Let me tell you that I love that Thor. Looks a bit like a Simonson Thor, and yes, I mean that as a compliment. I've mentioned before that Thor is one of my favorites, so I especially like your drawing. John: Spider-Man finally! Is this your first aracnid sketch? Anyway, here is my new sketch. Kind of a continuation of the last one...

I just wanted to add that I love seeing Thor as well! Well done Mal!Cool drawing Arc, your figures are quite 'photo-realistic', they look great.

Thanks, guys! It's always nice to get positive feedback from talented individuals, so cheers. Walt Simonson is one of my favourite artists and the first person that springs to mind for me when I think of Thor (I know, I'm an 80's tragic), so that's one hell of a compliment, Arc. Cheers, Mal

For every one drawing i put up there are four more you don't see Arc i do loads of drawings every day morning noon and night!
