Nice page Anthony!

Where did you study or are you self taught? I just looked at some JBF feedback on the correspondence courses and they seem to be highly recommended. I think I'll sign up for one or two and I'll post the results here as long as the critiques aren't too horrible! I found just looking through the examples was insightful. kubert examples

Thank you Dave, Largely I've been self taught. But during high School I attended college during half the day as part of a fine arts program. I also learn web/graphic design at the chubb institute a few years ago. The correspondence courses were something I had considered . I was mostly interested in Learning how to ink for comics.

Great stuff all around, guys!  I haven't had much to post the last week or so, but here's a quick Wolverine I did to test out some new pens.

Anthony: I really like that page. Very dynamic, lots of movement.

Ben: that's a good Wolverine, reminds me a bit of Kevin Nowlan's covers in the 80s (and I mean that as a compliment, of course).

John; That's a good, iconic Thor.

thanks, Arc!

I decided to get over my anxieties and finally try my hand at coloring today.  I have a couple of hurdles to overcome --1. I don't really "think" in color and 2. I am totally overwhelmed by photoshop-- so I appreciate any feedback, advice or tips that can help me improve.

You're welcome, John.

You're welcome, Ben. I have never actually colored my sketches, so I know it would be difficult ...
