Thanks for all the great comments, troops. As always, there's some great work going on in here.  JPB, good to see your output hasn't dropped off in the slightest. The Ben Grimm is magnificent.

JT, are you scripting your own pages before you draw them, or are you doing the Marvel "plot it, draw it and then script it" method? I've got about a dozen pages of my own project done thus far, and I find the Marvel method is so much more productive - but that may be because I have the story plotted in my head.

Ran into an old friend of mine on Facebook who kept a lot of my old drawing back in the day. I asked him to scan them and send them my way. I forgot all about these, here are a 2 of the more interesting ones:

Mal - Yep! I have a general idea of how the dialogue is gonna go then I just draw away and script later, so yeah, I've been using the Marvel Method lately and finding it to be so much more effective!

sorry the quality is bad on the Guardian picture.  If anybody is wondering, I used the inkwash technique for the shading.

There are some interesting things about your drawing, Christopher. The overall feel and look is very nice. The ink wash has a cool effect.

Thanks!

I have to work on my anatomy some more.  I tried to go for a Kirby feel, with the heavy lines.  I'm only 14, so I have a long LONG way to go.
