I just realized the last time we saw Magneto in the ELSEWHEN timeline was the fight in the volcano when the master of magnetism was truly powerful, surely evil and really dangerous!

Here is hoping we all get a great Christmas gift in an announcement of this series . The wait is agonizing.

Actually, wasn't it in #125 when he was recovering from his injuries on Asteroid M and the picture of Magda, his deceased wife, popped up on his screen (to tie in with clues in Avengers at the time)?

Tried my hand at inking a couple of pages while in down time here at work. All digital, so I'm not all that happy with the line, or some of my interpretations, but I tried to approach it as if I were inking traditionally.

Here's the first one.

Thanks! Here's the other page that I finished. I noticed that the downsizing to get within the size limitations REALLY thickens up a lot of the line work. There's actually a lot more separation between the foreground and background elements.

Drawing for reduction can be one of the hardest things to learn. Right up there with remembering to leave space for balloons and captions!

Working this week on a few pages that remind me why I'm not a big fan of Madrox!

Working this week on a few pages that remind me why I'm not a big fan of Madrox!
------------------
Madrox makes me think about the old days where there were only a handful of mutants on either side and mutant guest stars always had the possibility of either joining the X-men or Brotherhood.

Which makes me think about what Madrox would look like in the school uniform.

Which makes me think of that fantastic "Comic Reader" cover with the new team in the classic uniforms (always thought the X-men should've stayed in uniforms)

hmmm I wonder if I can get this answer as a hint of things to come:

Will anyone in Elsewhen, besides Kitty, be wearing the original uniforms?

How does this impact the printed book?  I mean, sometimes I notice lines missing from some of your printed work vs. the original art scans.  Does the reduction cause lines to vanish?
