My final two Modesty Blaise pieces arrived today.
From The Black Pearl by Jim Holdaway.
This cost quite a bit more than I originally planned to spend but as soon as I saw it I had to have it. It's from a fun story, it's the last strip and I love that final panel. It's such a shame Holdaway died so young (he was only 43).
From Yellowstone Booty by John M. Burns.
Another final strip and one that I didn't see when the story was first published because the Evening Standard didn't print the "A" strips (When they stopped publishing a Saturday edition, Peter O'Donnell had to write every sixth strip in a way that they could be omitted without affecting the story).

Fred, loving the Paulo Siquiera piece and with Eber Ferreira's inks. How big is that one?

I came in under budget from Motor City so I had several options....home repairs? Car maintenance? Save for the future? Or....splurge on Byrne art!
GENERATIONS 3, Issue 3, page 19 by John Byrne. I love Byrne's parademons from this series.

STAR TREK ASSIGNMENT: EARTH #1, page 13:
Isis steals the show (as usual) on this page. The fourth panel especially makes me smile.

A memorable scene from the comic, I think.
