Done for a weekly Jam. Another attempt on my part to go for a "cover"

Sideways question here. Anyone have a suggestion on a good starter set up for doing graphics work on the computer? A pad/software combination that won't kill the bank account? I'm itching to start doodling again.

Wacom has a cheaper version of their drawing tablet under $100. Not as
sensitive as the top of the line versions but not bad. Same thing for the
Adobe's Photoshop Elements, a lite version of Photoshop.
