Yay! I'm an inspiration for Pureheart art! :) I think my next series will be Josie & Friends tho... or maybe more Mighty Crusaders. Can't make up my mind yet, and I've got people asking for both...

"Even WWII, the shield design is still a major anachronism."

Yeha, that's the thing about the design - anything earlier than 1964 (when the Canadian flag as we know it was designed), and we're in that realm. Just trying to see if I had enough cues elsewhere to indicate a time/place & get over my lack of BGs. I guess it worked, even though there are many many problems with that image...gotta learn how to draw.

Don't be too hard on yourself, Warren. I liked it a lot.

LoL! Thanks. If I'm not hard on myself, I'll get lazy. Which would be terrible! So no worries man. I know it sounded like I was beating myself up there, but it's more like I'm just slapping my forehead. - *slap* 'Should have seen it! Next time.'

Speaking of Golden Age stuff, you guys dropped by this site lately? I just stumbled across it the other day:

Funny stuff in there.
