I find the breasts more believable than that mutant six-pack she's sporting!

Disney Infinity figures finally hit a price point that I was prepared to pay this weekend. I think these have a design similar to the 2004 Clone Wars micro cartoon. Since it was my birthday last week, spent my money on the entire Star Wars set of fives. Cost me the equivalent of what four figures would have done at the time of release. Will probably go back for a cheap starter set sometime this week to round the set off.

If you are looking for Funko Pops here is a new company selling them. If there is damage to the box they will identify this in the description. Every 2 weeks or so they will add a few hundred new Pops, sometimes more depending on what they get in. They hope to keep the Pop train rolling pretty consistently so there's always fresh inventory. Next update will be over this weekend. I bought 2 different Captain America ones last night and they are now on their way to me!

Checked out the site.
Can't believe they have Golden Girl ones.

I had managed to resist the whole Pop phenomenon. Then they came
out with a Doctor Who line, and I decided to just pick up those. Big
mistake. It opened the gateway to Marvel and Star Wars and a whole
bunch of other figures.

I am convinced the whole Pop phenomena is a giant Ponzi scheme but with figures.
I know people are buying them but when I walk into a shop and see the level of stock they have on display, small shops even, the amount of money those shops have tied up in that company is shocking.

Kaiyodo is releasing a roughly 10 inch long display "figure" of the Disney 20K Leagues Nautilus submarine as part of the Movie Revoltech line:

More photos and features on the HLJ website.

(Just when I thought I was free and clear, they drag me back in again...)
