Yvonne Craig just recently signed a licensing deal with Warner Bros. She had been a holdout. When she was initially approached, WB just offered her a blanket deal with no specifics, while she wanted a contract that spelled out how they would use her likeness. I'm hoping Hot Toys can now do a '66 Batgirl, because I would snap that up in an instant.

Having been kissed on the cheek by Yvonne, how could I not buy a Batgirl?

A visit from Scott Green yesterday yielded this terrific custom-built statue.I knew Scott had commissioned this a while back, but I did not know I would be the lucky recipient of half of this VERY limited edition! Those of you with sharp eyes and long memories will recognize that the piece is based on this COMMISSION I did for Scott back in '07, the central figure of which was itself based on Gil Kane's corner symbol art for the IRON FIST series. So, thanks again, Scott!

Glad you liked the statue JB!!! I was extremely pleased with how it turned out and could not wait to give one to you!
And, here is a big shout-out to Jim Maddox for the incredible job he did sculpting, painting, and simply nailing this Iron Fist statue!

Well, not as "bimbo-like" as the Sue Richards version, but another Rockin' Jelly Bean statue is on the way:

Yuck! *** Yup. I like Rockin' Jelly Bean's 1960-70's exploitation film poster art style for his illustration work, but I'll stick with Shunya Yamashita's Bishoujos for statues.
