Next up in the Marvel Universe line: William Shakespeare's "Puck."

I was lucky enough to get my 'Marvel's Puck' from my LCS, and even though it was over-priced I don't regret the purchase because I've yet to see him anywhere at retail.
I'm patiently waiting for the rest of Alpha Flight in the MU line.

I'm currently content to have the Alphans as minimates on my shelf!

I recall Hasbro hinting that the twins were in the planning stage for the MU line. (It was in a slide show presentation somewhere, but haven't heard anymore about it) Perhaps Puck was intended to be part of a multi-pack along with Northstar and Aurora?

Also:
Something I find funny about the artwork on that card, it kind of looks like Puck is chasing the (Snow)bird. He's got an intense look in his eye like he's saying "Ooooh, I'm gonna eat that bird!"

Well, Lars, as I'm sure you know, Puck is Canadian which means that he lives in the mountains, amidst ice and snow, no doubt living like a savage. He's probably a cannibal, as are many Canadians, although out of politeness, no one mentions it...

It's funny how many people think "Canadian bacon" has
anything to with pigs.

I got the Kre-O mini Enterprise today. I decided to imagine (aka fool myself) it is the refit Enterprise from the motion pictures because it's the closest official release when it comes Legos/toy bricks. I was pretty impressed how well the pieces fit compared to Mega Blocks and other toy bricks that I have built. Larger than I expected for a mini ship too. I am going to plan on adding the other mini sets especially the Klingon Battle Cruiser. I hope they consider the original series too but these aren't flying off the shelves where I live either :(

There's a new Dr. McCoy statue from Hollywood Collectibles. I think it looks pretty nice and I've put in an order for one.  Their Captain Kirk is okay and their Mr. Spock is very nice.

Yeek!

James, that link is a potential financial disaster of unprecedented proportions for me...

Yes, Spock and McCoy look pretty good. But I can't see much point in having them if I don't want the Kirk, which I think is pretty bad.

I did pick up their Gorn, tho.
