Nice looking Superman statue.  I agree with Michael, rather see him smiling.  Still, pretty good.

In the first pass of the Side Show Superman statue, the one shown at SDCC I think, he had a slight smile, as he does on the Side Show 1:1 Superman bust.

They reworked the statue a bit and made it better overall, in my opinion, but the smile went away, which is a pity.

Thanks Steve.  One of these days I'll find a good line of Universal monster figures or statutes but this one, like every one I find, fails with Dracula.  I'm starting to think Lugosi's estate must not license his likeness.

Yes, you are correct, it's silver. I was wondering that if they would have used silver paint on the figure, it may have looked like a "metal" costume. They did use silver paint on his wrist bands on the coutume and of course they look like metal.

But silver cloth DOES exist, out here in the real world. This is not one of those "colors not found in Nature" that crop up so often in comics. Example:
