Five new figurines, 2 Star Trek comics, and 3 FX issues just ordered up! I love Midtown. No sales tax, and no shipping charges over $75.

Found the figure on the Midtown site, JB -- thanks! I've currently got a bid pending for an Angel figure on eBay (placed the bid earlier today after reading your recommendation here). Two days left on the auction, bid is for $7.50 with $6 shipping. Wish me luck!

The figurines are relatively cheap in the UK. For
example the Black Panther is BIN on eBay at 5GBP. I guess it's the shipping
that makes it too expensive to buy from here and get shipped over to the US?
By the way, there's a newsagent in the UK called W H Smith. Was in
the local store at Birmingham
the other day and they were selling the old stock for 3GBP per figurine.
What a bargain!
Is the cost in the US prohibitive or the availability? It may be worth looking at
http://www.forbiddenplanet.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&a mp;a mp;cPath=2_418_4903
to see if they offer international shipping?

The problem in the U.S. is availability. They retail for $12 (only about 6
pound), but there are precious few outlets that carry them.

Shipping is about fifteen dollars US. Not such a big deal, but paying just shy
of thirty dollars for one of these little guys is tough to take.

just checked Royal mail website -
for a small package weighing in at no more than 1kg (approx 2 specials or maybe 4 standard figs and mags and packaging) it will cost:
surface mail (56 days) £5.73
International signed for (5 Days) £14.57
Airsure (4 Days) £15.27
Use www.royalmail.com to work out what you should be paying .
If I see any Black Panthers on my travels I 'll pick one up and let you know.
cheers
steve

Thank you, Steve. He's the last of the "early" figures I need/want--outside
of the Spider-Man that subscribers got.
Very nice of you to offer.

Behind you!
LOVE the FF customs Ryan! That green does look better on She Hulk. Did you use heat to move Mr. Fantastic's arm?
Rhino is on the small size. Wish he was Juggernaught size. I can't wait to see what you do with the 'green stuff' & Rhino.
