Great page! Jean and Logan have never looked better!
I may be way off, but are you making Wolverine more animalistic with this brain injury?

This page makes me wonder about the after-effects of Wolverine's brain "cooking." He seems tamed, so to speak; maybe even mentally less than he was. Would seem to make sense, of course, and also make sense that his healing factor is in the process of repairing his brain -- but slowly, not instantly as in the movies or elsewhere.
Question for JB: how tall do you think Scott and Jean, respectively, are?

…not instantly as in the movies or elsewhere.•• Least favorite scene (out of scores!): Wolverine healing instantly from being DISINTEGRATED.

Loving this page. Wolverine's reaction is truly bittersweet. And sorry about the speculation--I'll be good from now on.

Wilson, I’m with you in thinking Logan seems more feral due to his brain damage. I think the tamed behaviour Michael refers to is a result of Pablo. Time will tell which way Logan has been changed and if his healing factor can help him to recover back to his former self.
I do like Logan acting more feral on this page. Interesting that aspect is conveyed visually before I read anything. Thumbs up!

Very happy to have Jean back as an adult (even if i liked the "very smart 5 year old version").

The way you convey three-dimensional form with so few (clean) lines is truly amazing. Jean has never looked better. (None of them have!)
That close-up of Logan sniffing Jean's face is so intimate. Masterful.
I am excited to see where this is all going.
Thank you.

Well, she *is* Jean Grey... but she is not Phoenix. And, for me, only starting to read X-men during the time Phoenix first appeared, it is a strangely relevant question Jean is asking indeed...

I've particularly loved the faces this issue. I'm not sure why. I've always been a fan of JB's face drawing, but the recent pages have really been something special to my eyes.

@Paul: I totally agree. I think it's such a subtle touch to get eyes/expressions correct, that we are seeing the fruits of not having an inker retouch things with small distortions.
