Two for me related things that I memorized around the same time as a little kid, never to be forgotten, one for school and one for myself: the Preamble to the US Constitution, and... the opening monologue to "The Adventures of Superman."
Reeves' Kent was great, loved him maybe more than his Superman.
Nonetheless, I was very pleased with Reeve's Kent, who leaned a lot more into the mild mannered bit. I appreciated the contrast with Reeves. And, as JB has also often noted before, that one moment when Reeve lowers his glasses and straightens his shoulders... wow!
