Who has a shot of Neal the Deal drawing Spider-Man?

Have I ever seen it anywhere?

I think me hasn't!

Nope. I did my run on SHE-HULK while the Toddler was in his prime on
SPIDER-MAN. So I made Spider-Man look like Spider-Man then looked. If
he'd been a 500lb transvestite, I would have drawn that!

I believe that's this.

(It should perhaps be noted that when I drew a
McFarlane-esque Spider-Man in SENSATIONAL SHE-HULK --
sticking to what had become the model, even if I didn't
care for it -- Larsen accused me of swiping!)

I always thought that image was based on this one.

It was "based on" a McFarlane drawing on the back of a jacket Ralph Macchio had hanging in his office. When I came to draw that splash, I remembered that pose and drew my own version of it.

Interesting. I always thought that splash page was cool.

Incidentally, the same image was used for the subsequent issue of ASM (301), only with the classic costume superimposed.

It's clearly not a swipe of the drawing, but it is a swipe of the pose. I think JBs drawing is executed better, but the pose is the same that Todd created. It's more than just Spider-Man drawn "on model" of that time.

No, but this is one of the more contentious threads in a while.
