I didn't actually read the posted pages. I was just going by the art (Ron Wilson) and the Thing's costume (Secret Wars Era) and I know you were writing the Thing's solo book at that time...

Joe, by older looking, my intention was a little mix of both rocky and "kirby"-esque..i don't have the piece in hand yet to see if the fingers are exactly as JB mentioned, and believe me, this would be a good choice if the money presented itself to have Mr Byrne create.

 

plus, I'm sure i can get Joe R. to correct this if i decide to have it inked if that's the case.

 

edit: I hope the Isherwood Sasquatch drawing I have commissioned gets him looking as per the design...
