Got the Kirby Hulk I wanted, and the new head sculpt for Thor is an improvement.

(*Comic is there for scale)

This close-up clearly shows that I have a crappy camera!

I love that Avengers set... I read that an Alpha Flight was in the works a year or two ago, but I don't know if they pulled the plug on it or if they are still coming out with it at some point.

The Avengers set is nice because Ant Man and The Wasp can be included as accessories. The sets are limited to three figures + accessories. Hence the FF are Reed, Sue, Ben, and ..... H.E.R.B.I.E.

This is somewhat old news, but I just stumbled upon photos and reviews of Hot Toys' TERMINATOR figures. Holy crap!

The 1984 version is my favorite. One of the best likenesses I've ever seen--and it even comes with the X-Acto knife and other surgery tools!

I came this close to buying a Wolverine-related item at Toys R Us. But because I refuse to acknowledge anything X-related, I passed it up. Still, if you're a fan, this is probably the best Wolverine I've seen in 3D, that's actually affordable at about 5 bucks.

A keychain figure, but man almost perfect except for where the claws come out. And the claws look distinctly Dave Cockrum, which is probably not on purpose.

I picked up that key chain from my local supermarket, of all places. Also a Spider-Man.

And something neat I picked up on my last day in Japan...

It's a coin bank in the shape of a truncated JR Yamanote Line train car.  The Yamanote Line circles Tokyo in one big loop, so I ended up using it quite a bit during my stay there.  This also has an electronic sound chip that plays the same station melodies you hear when the real train is about to depart.  To see it in action, check this [LINK].

Never thought I would pick one up myself, but on the last day of my trip, I started getting a little natsukashi, or feeling nostalgic about all  the traveling around Tokyo that I did, so ended up getting one at the nearby Tokyu Hands DiY store before heading for the airport.
