Okay, somebody here might find this appealing.
LINK to story. Evidentially, Spock and Uhura are up next.

Here is my AF collection. Took me many conventions to get them all. I know there are multiple, Sasquatch and Snowbirds, ect, but these are my favorites that I chose for my team display. Apologies for the horrible cell phone photo. Its all I had to take it with.

HLJ shipments arrived within a week of each other. My Sci-Fi Revoltech Angirus, and the Creator's Labo Emaretta - black armor variation:
Unfortunately, Angirus looks like he got sliced and diced by a Shunya Yamashita designed character... This is due to his right arm and leg being separate parts in order to fit him into the box tray, and because of the small size of the holes in the body, I need to do some careful shaving of the Revoltech pegs in order to get them in there without breaking something. Nice texture to his skin though, which makes him kinda fun to pick up and pose around.

Bill, would heating(boiling?) the pieces in question help in assembling it? That's what I've read all the customizers do when something isn't going easy.

Andy, that might work, except that given where the holes are located on the main Angirus torso (and how small they are), I'm worried the paint job might get damaged or something else getting warped. I'll need to check out some of the Revoltech forums for any tips on problems like this. EDIT - The concensus on a few Revoltech forums is to carefully shave the pegs instead of trying to open up the holes in the main body (since the Revoltech joints are replaceable if you screw up).

Coming from Sideshow, not sure when.
Glad to see a collectible for this series that I am interested in. Not glad that it costs $250.

Not really in the genre of most of the items here but it is a "toy" and a welcome addition to my Gene Autry collection.

X-Plus has released more photos of the 1971 Godzilla PVC figure and his adversary Hedorah: http://www.ric-toy.ne.jp/item_hedogodzi20.html http://www.ric-toy.ne.jp/item_hedora30.html As mentioned before, the undamaged version of Godzilla is the standard release version, while the internet-order version of Hedorah will apparently include it's flying form (not just a damaged eye). Not my favorite version of the Big-G by any means, but it's nice that X-Plus is putting out the adversaries in the same scale as him (really hate to see the price on the upcoming Biollante, if X-Plus does her in the same scale as last year's 1989 Godzilla). At current rates, the regular '71 Goji is priced at $144 ($151 for the internet order), and Hedorah at $300 ($315 internet order). EDIT - Now available for preorder from HLJ (suspect the Hedorah will not be able to be shipped via the economy SAL rate) http://www.hlj.com/product/XPS00834 http://www.hlj.com/product/XPS00839

I don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but a Polaris statue is something we could all use.

Here are a couple of the latest from Mattel's Mego revival---they look like they stepped right out of some of my wildest Mego wishes back when I was a kid. I know this line isn't everyone's cup of tea, but Mego was a part of my golden age of childhood and I'm glad to still be able to 'add' new characters some 30 years later!

Thanks for the pix. They look better then the prototypes, but man, Black Adam's neck.... How did that get approved? Please get a picture of Captain Marvel up when you can. I need to see if he's any better then the early photos...
I still need the last wave!
