Fact of the matter is, Neal was very inconsistent in his portrayal of Ra's eyebrows. On the page immediately following the one from which I scanned the image above, there is a profile shot on which his eyebrows are very clear and distinct -- and thick, as would be suggested by the above image.

Mostly, it seems to come down to his expression. In tight, dramatic closeups with lots of mood lighting, sometimes he doesn't have eyebrows. In medium shots when he's scowling or frowning, he does. Or he has that skin condition I mentioned earlier.

In any case, when my Ra's figurine arrives, I'll most likely give him a quick touch-up.

Hm...all these years I guess I've been taking those shadows for sort of a
stylized version of eyebrows. Wonder if he waxes 'em off...?!?

Then you simply MUST tell me what you think is going on here. . .

Especially given that the tufts on the right are practically a mirror image of
his temple hairline!

I'm much rather study the facial features of THIS particular bat-foe:

That is one GORGEOUS face -- hard to believe that something done in the Eaglemoss figurine scale can look so stunningly cute.

I'd definitely sign up to be one of HER henchmen -- the rest of you can have Julie Newmar, Ertha Kitt, Michelle Pfeiffer, etc. -- THIS is the cat's meow as far as I'm concerned!

My sweet wife offered me Luthor yesterday (merci madame).

He's fine, my only complaint is the choice of paint, which makes the armor not "shiny" enough according to my taste. I will try to post a pic of Luthor standing next to Iron Man (as a reference of shiny armor).

Since Ra's release, I have noticed that the quality of the figurine is getting better (imo). The magazine is crap however ...
