I’m still wondering what happened to that little bit of “asparagus people” biological material that was left behind… Oh, and Nightcrawler, of course.

Nightcrawler is Spider-Man now.
Oh, that’s not what you meant…

What we might say we "know" about how it turns out:
The good guys win!
The toys are safely back in the box!
The "illusion of change" will reign.
That doesn't mean that the "illusion" wouldn't get pretty brutal in the short-term, though.

This was a high quality series that took me on an adventure. Art great story great. The end only turns the narrative to me to figure out how it resolves

Question for JB. Did you find you were looking at the fashions of the day for use in Elsewhen as you appear to have done in your previous works?

I set ELSEWHEN during the period when it was being “published”. That is, “now”.

As I read (and re-read) this incredible series, I notice the amount of detail in a lot of these panels - and nothing ever seems put in unnecessarily. The backgrounds, foreground look so natural. Right now I'm looking at Issue 2 page 2 (double-page spread!). I'm just blown away by the layout of this! The action and then calm store setting and then Pow! I can't remember if I asked this before but JB do you already know how detailed this page will be? When you're writing it, it seems you don't cut corners (even though some could - especially if they're writer/artist), but then illustrating it is completely another matter!

Looking through some of the pieces in the Gallery I was somewhat surprised to see I had used the “Elsewhen” title as far back as DOOMSDAY+1.
