Picked up Professor X and Lilandra, the first two pack to reach US shores, today at my LCS. I thought I'd be more bothered by the fact that the wheelchair isn't the classic one, but the sculpt of X is so good I don't mind at all. He just looks "right" between the original X-Men. Lilandra is sharp as well. A little pricey, but at 30% off I only ended up paying $23 for it so not too bad!

Hm. I ordered X and Lilandra a while back, from MidTown. Got a notice this morning that Mobius has shipped, but only him.

Hmmm...wonder why that is? I nearly missed the good Professor. Wouldn't have known about him except that my LCS saw me looking through their back stock of figurines and let me know he had come in. Only one. Scooped him up pretty fast!

Cool, Jerry Jaxon, here I come! Complete with Super Roxxon Wheelchair, for now. Kingpin hits next month in the UK, I'll have material for Deadly Earnest, too.

I picked up Prof X and Lilandra as well and I am quite pleased. Of course, Lilandra got a touch of my Pitt Brush and she looks so much better now. I agree with Matt that the wheelchair isn't as bad as it seemed at first glance. I plan on adding a "blanket" (an actual piece of cloth, that is, painted as a blanket) on his lap to see if it brings it a little closer to the original look.

Mobius arrived today -- with the disturbing effect of finally telling me who
it is Michael Jackson was reminding me of all these years.

Like it, not very familiar with the character, but it looks cool. Reminds me a bit of Baron Blood, is that character a figurine yet?

And Jackson, being a Marvel fan, would have likely known about Mobius.

WIth the pose on the figurine, all I can think of is the "Thriller" video.

Picked up a Falcon for my first Marvel figurine and have three Sentinals waiting at the store. I will now start catching up on the Marvel line. I'm up to date on my DC line, so it'll be fun to get the Marvel ones. The only thing is that I've missed out on some of the earlier ones, so I'll be waiting for the re-issues on those. This might give me a reason to check out some comic cons though. Anyone know how available they are at the bigger cons?
