Wouldn't bother with the figures on eBay.  The figurines are plastic and of a very low quality.  Purchased mine from "The Works" for five quid a year or so ago.  They live in the loft at the moment.

Lee -

Yer killin' me!

I can't speak to the quality of the figurines, since I haven't opened the box; I'm just selling them.

But I guess not to anyone who reads this thread . . .

Andrew

Sorry mate, I didn't read your post correctly.  I didn't realise that your selling them on eBay.  The book is a good read though!

Wow.  Worst group I've seen yet.  Wonder Man is nice, I'll get him and Ms. Marvel for sure.  Maybe Mole Man depending on how he looks.  The rest look awful or are characters I don't give a darn about.  What horrible things they've done to Crystal.

Wonder Man and Ms. Marvel for me.  Hate Mr. Sinister as a character, so he's out.  Sentry has always felt shoehorned into the MU, relying on the history of the universe to prop him up to "important" status.  Not for me.  I like Crystal's costume OK, but her face from the small pic posted above looks weird.  I'll have to see her in person to see if I want her as part of my collection.  More than likely she'll be like Rogue and Polaris, two characters I initially passed on but had to add because of their sculpt.

I've always viewed Crystal as a bit shorter and rounder than other women around her in the MU, not the string bean with a tiny head in the picture above.  Her hair for sure shouldn't be so thin and limp.

Looks like they took this JB pic and flipped it.  There's definitely something missing, though.

The flared gloves & boots, for one. The black trim from inside the thighs to
over the hips, and a different, less-black collar.

That, and the fact that Crystal as sculpted looks like she hasn't remembered
to wash her hair for over a month...

A very lackluster showing from Eaglemoss.  I'm looking forward to photos of the next 5 to wash the stink of Sinister, Sentry and Crystal away.  I'm not a fan of Moonknight, Deathlok, or Sabertooth, but I'd love to see the sculpts blow me away enough to buy them (Deathlok has been on Reaper's site for a while and isn't bad).
