I got all these at the Atlantic City Boardwalk Con last
weekend (which wasn't on the boardwalk). Paris Cullins
drew the first four, and Bob Petrecca did the FF sketch
cover for me. Bob is also coming back to my school
tomorrow to visit the comic book club again. It is our
last meeting of the school year, and it looks like Khoi
Pham will be joining us next year.

Last but definitely not least from Motor City:

There were several contending pieces in Garcia-Lopez's portfolios for sale, I ended up coming away with this Green Lantern figure study piece.

I've gotten a bit behind in sharing. I picked up a few
pages from Jose at C2E2. this is a nice panel page,
displaying Jose's storytelling skills and Alfred
prominently featured. Always great to see Batman working
with his trusted friend!

I'm always amazed at how heavy and stylized inks can make
an established artist's pencils work nearly unrecognizable.
Jose is still there, but Florese inks really dominate here.

A close friend showed up at C2E2 this year with this gift
in hand. Based on the "wow factor", I was surprised it
didn't take two hands!

Paulo Siquiera set up this incredible piece and Eber
Ferreira's inks knocked it out of the park!

Spider-Man, plus the cityscape make this Bronze Age fan
very happy.

This is one of the many reasons that I love Jose Luis
Garcia-Lopez. Noah has become a very big fan of the man,
despite initially meeting him a few years back and
excitedly asking, "Are you Stan Lee?!?!?"
