A few pick-ups left from Baltimore... Finally got 1970's
Supderman piece from Jose, filled with all of the fun that
you'd expect from DC Comics at that time! It features both
Superman and Supergirl going up against a most notorious
villain. ;) Superman #307, page 15, Artwork by Garcia-Lopez
and Frank Springer.

My last page from Baltimore, served up in a manner that
only Jose can serve. Weird Western Tales #38, page 15.

Andrei Bressan is an incredible artist with some amazing
skills. His work on Birthright stands out from others in
stores. I was blown away by this Batman piece, the first
time that I saw it and the allure remains. I'm not sure
about the reasoning behind it, but this was done on paper
and then adhered to hardwood (Think clipboard material).
This piece stands out! It seems to have a hint of Alan
Davis, while maintaining a style that is clearly Andre's.

So much to comment on!  Brian, great pick ups!  Standouts for me:

- What a great face and hairdo on that Powergirl!

- The Garcia-Lopez prelims might be my favorite piece on this page!

- I need an Ordway sketch like one of those...hope he comes to a con near me soon!

Dang Ari! Looks like a DC version of Marvels 1602 characters. Fantastic and great catch!

Some amazing art on this page [edited to add: actually it's the previous page now!]. I particularly like the Kevin Maguire Hawkman -- looks great.

I was fortunate in grabbing a beautiful double splash from
Eddy Barrows a handful of years ago. Recently, I was able
to get the layout artwork that he produced in setting up
the scene.

Eddy's work has resonated with me, due in large part,
because of his ability to convey emotion. Here is another
payout page that I added to its finished companion.

This piece had been up online and available for longer than
it had any right to be, continuing to taunt me with the
skills displayed as well as it being JLGL and western work.
Well, now it is safe, sound and viewable up close for me.
Jonah Hex #32, page 15.
